Our store sells professional products to both business and non-professional customers.
Product prices do not include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered via the online store by adding them to the shopping cart.
All customer data is processed confidentially.
Contact information provided during the order will only be used for delivering the order or clarifying any related issues, unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you must review and accept the current delivery terms.
Payment
Once we receive your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email with your order details.
Please make the payment using the provided information.
Note: If you pay by bank or credit card, the transaction to LashOffice / KauneusKonttori account may take up to 7 days.
Your order will be shipped once the payment is received in our account.
After the transfer has been received, an invoice will be sent to you for confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs
Shipping costs include postal and packaging fees.
Delivery Time
Typical delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method.
Deliveries outside Finland may take 2–4 weeks.
Exceptions to delivery time are mentioned if your cart contains out-of-stock items. Any delays will be communicated immediately after placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect harm caused by delays.
Unusual delivery times are announced on our website.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the receipt of the last item in your order, or in the case of digital downloads, 14 days after the order was received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly of your decision to cancel the contract (e.g., by mail or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs.
According to the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have 14 days to inform us that you’ve changed your mind.
Contact us by email at info@lashoffice.com to confirm which products will be returned.
You must return the products within 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notice.
The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the 14-day period ends.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in the same condition they were shipped from our warehouse.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used or are not in original condition.
NOTE! All returned packages are opened under video surveillance.
You are responsible for return shipping costs to LashOffice / KauneusKonttori.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are not refunded.
Any free gifts received with the returned products must also be returned.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
If delivery fails due to customer error (e.g., not present or incorrect address) and the package is returned to us, we will not refund shipping costs.
If the package is to be resent, the customer must pay the shipping cost in advance.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. There will be no additional charges for the refund.
Unclaimed Packages
Failing to claim a package is not the same as a refund or cancellation.
For unclaimed packages without a cancellation notice, shipping fees will be charged.
Problem Situations
If your product is lost or damaged in transit or does not match your order, notify us in writing within 14 days using the contact info under “Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions.”
If the package is visibly damaged during transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the carrier.
Validity of Contract of Sale, Product and Price Information
Sales terms apply to purchases made from the online store.
Product prices are displayed next to each item in the online store.
All prices are in euros and do not include the 25.5% VAT. Shipping costs are added to the total.
Shipping costs depend on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. They are shown during checkout.

Changes will be published on the KauneusKonttori / LashOffice website.
Ordering Without VAT to Another EU Country
If you are ordering for a VAT-registered company in another EU country, you may place an order with 0% VAT. Follow these steps:
Add products to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Fill in all required billing details.
In the “VAT number validity” field, enter your VAT number (e.g., EE26145603).
NOTE: Do not include the country prefix. The system will automatically validate the number.If the number is invalid, an error message will appear.
Once all details are correctly filled in, 0% VAT will be applied.
Choose your shipping and payment method.
Confirm your order.
Delivery
We ship to EU member states and third countries.
Shipping fees are paid by the buyer and displayed during checkout.

Defective Products
We are responsible for any product defects that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years.
Within the first six months, it is assumed the defect was present at delivery unless proven otherwise.
Report defects within two months of discovery by emailing info@lashoffice.com.
We are not responsible for defects caused after delivery.
If a product is found to be defective under our responsibility, we will repair or replace it.
If this is not possible, we will refund the full purchase amount.
All complaints are answered in writing or in a reproducible format within 15 days.
Warranty
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase and only when bought from an authorized LashOffice retailer.
Warranty Terms:
Valid only for the original purchaser
1-year warranty from the purchase date (receipt required)
The defective item must be returned to the store or authorized dealer with the receipt
Manufacturer Lumisenses will repair or replace the defective product
Replaced items will not be returned to the customer
The warranty continues for the remainder of the original period
Warranty does not cover:
Damage from accidents, misuse, negligence, or modification
Damage from unauthorized disassembly
Transport damage from moving, dropping, etc.
Use with unsuitable accessories or misuse
Wrong current or voltage
Damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters, etc.)
Warranty Claim Process
If a defect is noticed during the warranty period, please follow these steps:
Contact us at info@lashoffice.com with a detailed description of the issue, product name, and proof of purchase.
If needed, we will request that the product be sent back to LashOffice / KauneusKonttori, Mallaskatu 18 A 4, 20760 Piispanristi, Finland for evaluation.
The product will be forwarded to the manufacturer or technician for expert inspection.
The expert evaluation process may take up to 90 days from the date we receive the device.
Important:
We are not obligated to provide a replacement device or compensation during the evaluation period. If the warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at no cost. If the warranty is not approved (e.g., damage not covered), we will offer repair services at the customer’s expense.
Devices must be returned in their original or safe equivalent packaging. LashOffice is not liable for further damage caused by poor packaging during return shipping.
We reserve the right to reject warranty claims that are missing sufficient documentation or have clearly visible signs of misuse or tampering.
Any unclaimed repaired or replaced items left with us for over 60 days after resolution notice will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of without further notice.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending the product for inspection. If the warranty is accepted, LashOffice will cover the return shipping back to the customer.
