The store sells professional products to business customers and non professional products for retail customers.
Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
Paying
When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Make the transfer with this information. If you pay with Debit or Credit card, notice that the transaction to LashOffice /KauneusKonttori account will take 7 days. Your order will be sent out, when the transfer has reached LashOffice / KauneusKonttori bank account.
After the transfer has arrived on our bankk account, you will be sent an invoice for confirmation. The sender of the invoice is:

Order and payment confirmation
Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and / or order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Out of Finland it may take 2 – 4 weeks.
Exceptions to the delivery time estimates have been stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also notify you of possible delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancellation ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for example, by letter by post or email).
In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Effects of Cancellation and return conditions.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all the services we have received from you, excluding delivery costs.
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have 14 days to inform us that you have changed your mind and wish to cancel the purchase.
You must contact us by sending an email to info@lashoffice.com.klient.veebimajutus.ee to confirm which items are being returned. You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires.
The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from our warehouse. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
NB! Every parcel will be opened under video surveillance.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to LashOffice / KauneusKonttori. We recommend to send parcel with tracking number. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If an attempt to deliver goods continues to fail through no fault of our or the couriers (you are not in or have entered the wrong address etc.) and is subsequently returned to us we will not refund for shipping. If the goods are to be sent out again, the customer has to cover the costs of transportation in advance. a shipping charge will apply
We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, in such a way that you do not incur costs for returning the services.
Unclaimed package
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the local shipping company.
In case of disputes and failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved in Finland, Turku – Varsinais Suomen Käräjäoikeus
